Payment & Cancellation Policy
This Payment & Cancellation Policy applies to all course bookings made through the website www.thelproject.gr (hereinafter referred to as “Thelproject”). By booking a course through our website, you agree to the terms of this Payment & Cancellation Policy.
Payments
You can pay for your course using one of the following methods:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
To secure your spot in the course, a registration fee of up to €150 is required as a deposit. The exact amount of the deposit may vary depending on the program. This deposit will be deducted from the total course fee.
The remaining balance must be paid at least two (2) weeks before the course start date.
Your place in the course is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your participation:
- You may do so at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the course. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel less than two (2) weeks before the course begins, no refund of the deposit will be possible.
- For one-on-one online or face-to-face lessons, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Termination:
“Termination” refers to leaving or withdrawing from all or part of the course (including any course extensions) after the course has started. In all cases of termination, no refunds will be issued after the arrival date indicated in the booking confirmation form.
Additionally, students who terminate their program may not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
In accordance with Greek consumer protection law for distance contracts (Law 2251/1994), you may withdraw from your booking within 14 calendar days, provided the course has not yet started.
